SHOW DATES: Sept. 5-7, 11-14

Classic Theatre: On Golden Pond by Ernest Thompson
Directed by: Andrea Stephenson
SHOW DATES: Nov. 14-16, 20-23
AUDITION DATES: Sept. 22 and 23, 7 p.m. Callbacks, if needed, Sept. 24
This is the love story of Ethel and Norman Thayer, who are returning to their summer home on Golden Pond for the 48th year. They are visited by their divorced daughter and her fiancé, who then go off to Europe, leaving his teenaged son behind for the summer. The boy quickly becomes the “grandchild” the couple have longed for. As the summer wanes, so does their brief idyll, and in the final, deeply moving moments of the play, the couple are brought even closer together.
Comedy: Play On by Rick Abbott
Directed by: Mathew Barninger
SHOW DATES: March 20-22 and 26-29, 2026
AUDITION DATES: Nov. 17 and 18, 7 p.m. Callbacks, if needed, TBD
This hilarious story features a theatre group trying to put on a play in spite of interference from a haughty author who keeps revising the script. Act I is a rehearsal of the dreadful show; Act II is the near disastrous dress rehearsal; and the final act is the actual performance, in which anything that can go wrong, does. The audience is treated to a madcap climax and a thoroughly hilarious romp.
Comedy: The Oldest Profession by Paula Vogel
Directed by: Shane Miller
SHOW DATES: June 5-7, 11-14, 2026
AUDITION DATES: March 23 and 24, 7 p.m.
In the mid-1980s, five aging practitioners of the oldest profession are faced with a diminishing clientele, increased competition, and aching joints. With wit, compassion, and humor, they struggle to find and learn new tricks as they fight to stay in the “Life.”
