Hanover Little Theatre will hold auditions for “The Sensuous Senator,” the final show of the 2017-18 season, at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 25 and Monday, March 26, at the playhouse, 360 Blooming Grove Road.
Courtney McDougall will direct the farce by Michael Parker, who also wrote HLT favorites “Sex Please We’re Sixty” and “Sin, Six and the C.I.A.”. This political farce descends into bedlam when a presidential candidate running on a “morality” platform finds himself trapped in his house with his wife, girlfriend, a lady of the evening, two colleagues and a nosy reporter. The show will run July 13-15, 19-22.
The cast features four men and five women. Adults of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to audition. The audition will feature readings from the play.
