Hanover Little Theatre (HLT) recently made a $350 donation to the Hanover Area Jaycees to support the Hanover Halloween Parade, scheduled for Oct. 29. The donation came from a fundraising effort during the recent production of Last of the Red Hot Lovers.
The theatre donated $2 for each ticket sold for the Saturday, Sept. 12, show to the Jaycees, and an anonymous donor generously matched that donation. Patrons at the other six performances also supported this effort.
Board member Brian Shea (left) recently presented Hanover Area Jaycees President Jennifer Bolin with a donation check. Since beginning this donation program in November 2014, HLT has raised $1,948 for local organizations. The non-profit partner for the upcoming production of Run for Your Wife will be announced soon.
